These terms cover magoomediagroup.com, the hub site operated by Magoo Media Group. By using this site you accept them. Each site in the portfolio publishes its own terms when it launches.

What this site is

An informational site describing Magoo Media Group, the review sites it runs and is building, and the editorial standards those sites follow. It sells nothing, takes no payment, and carries no affiliate links. There is no account to create and no service to subscribe to.

Accuracy and launch status

Content here is published in good faith and kept accurate as things change. Of the sites described on this hub, 1 of the 25 sites is live and the other 24 are still in build; a site still in build has launched, published, tested or recommended nothing. Descriptions of what those sites will cover are statements of intent, not commitments to a scope or a date, and they may change before launch.

Nothing here is professional advice. That applies particularly to the safety-related categories described on the brand pages -- lifting equipment, electrical work, welding, child products, home security. For those, follow the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable regulations, not a description of a site on this hub.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Magoo Media Group. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, or reproducing the site's design, is not permitted without written permission. Brand names belonging to third parties remain theirs.

Links to other sites

Where this site links out, it does not control what is on the other end and is not responsible for it. Once the portfolio sites launch, this hub will link to them, and each of those sites carries its own terms and its own disclosure. The relationship between this hub and those sites is common ownership, stated openly on every page.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Magoo Media Group is not liable for loss arising from use of it or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes
