Privacy Policy

This policy covers magoomediagroup.com only. Each site in the portfolio publishes its own policy when it launches, because each one will handle different things.

What this site collects

One thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else on this site collects anything from you.

There is no analytics platform on this site. No Google Analytics, no third-party tracking pixel, no advertising network, no session recording and no heat mapping. The site sets no cookies of its own and there is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not shown a banner.

What happens to a contact message

When you submit the form, the contents are sent as an email through Microsoft Graph, a Microsoft service, to the Magoo Media Group inbox. The message is not written to a database and this site keeps no copy of it. From that point it lives in an email inbox and is retained the way email normally is, so it can be found again if you write back.

Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list -- there is no mailing list -- and it is never sold, rented or shared with a third party.

To stop automated submissions, the form checks a hidden field, checks how long the page was open before submission, and limits how many messages can be sent from one internet address in an hour. That last check holds an IP address in server memory for up to an hour. It is not written to disk, not logged and not linked to your message.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request information -- IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent -- for operational and security purposes. That is a hosting function rather than something this site chooses to collect, and it is covered by Vercel's own privacy policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us something through the form, write to the address below and it will be deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. In practice that means the email you sent and any reply thread. Write to contact@magoomediagroup.com and say what you want done. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects changes -- if analytics are ever added, for example -- this page is updated in the same change that adds it, not afterwards. There is no dated revision stamp here because the content has not changed since it was published, and a stamped date on unchanged text is not information.
